Circular to Sustainable to Regenerative Business Models

In this webinar, Dr Sinha will explore the enablers and challenges for SMEs to adopt circular, sustainable, and regenerative business models and ways of working. She will explore the challenges ahead for leaders, economists, and businesses to meet the challenges of climate change through her perspective as an expert in operations strategy.
Dr Sinha recently joined University of Southampton as IT Continuous Improvement Lead, working across the University to facilitate principles of continuous improvement, lean, and the circular economy within professional services. Tammi has served as a sustainability champion and senior lecturer in operations and project management at Solent University, and as the Director for Climate Action at the University of Winchester. She is a lean practitioner working in higher education for over 20 years and has a PhD in operations strategy. Her aim is to weave continuous improvement and sustainability into the operational excellence area of work within Higher Education and leads 2 external communities of practice in CI and Sustainability. She is involved in the Carbon Literacy project, the Help to Grow programme for businesses, and serves on the Hampshire County Council expert panel for climate change.
